FROM A CONCERNED STUDENT OF RIVERS STATE UNIVERSITY.
This is an affidavit in support of the origination motion which was made to the Students Judicial Council on the 11th of August 2020, to protect the interest of the students, over the SUG financial secretary online programme (e-programme) titled “Financial Submit” which all students paid for (SUG dues). that the financial secretary should come and explain to the Students how an average student under this pandemic who does not have a Smart Phone or any Gadget and money for data and those that are at the rural areas who does not have access to the internet will benefit what they paid for (SUG Dues).
The SJC Judge in person of honourable Emmanuel Dema gave an order of INTERIM INJUNCTION to the programme.
The SUG Financial Secretary went to align with the Judge which led to him disobeying the order of ITERIM INJUNCTION by the Court. The SJC Judge in person of Emmanuel Dema thereby playing over the matter which led the matter not being attended to.
