The Nigeria house of representative has waded into the trouble between the Nigeria Government and the TUC over the recent increase in PMS price and electricity tariff .
The TUC and NUC have agreed to embark on a nation wide strike and protest in other for the Nigeria Federal government to reverse the hike .
The speak Femi Gbajabiamila met with president of NUC and TUC among others. Wabba and FEMI said that the negotiation between TUC and the federal government to prevent the strike has failed.
“we in the house are with you” Femi told TUC chairman
The speaker have therefore warned against the dire consequences of shutting down the government at this time, and also pleading to the workers to Suspend the strike.
TUC chairman quadri thanked Femi for always intervening in Labour matters.
